ABOUT

Splitpin Projects is run by south London based artists Ellie Geary and Jessy Boon Cowler who met at Nottingham Trent University in 2007. They are a multi-disciplinary creative duo working in art direction, curation, stills and moving image whose backgrounds lie fundamentally in fine art, fashion and photography.

In August 2013 we began the Art in the Crypt event and exhibition programme at St. Giles Church in Cambwell, London, alongside the renowned JazzLive. Here we work with creative practitioners and contemporary artists based both in London and accross the UK and aim to be a platform for collaborative work and experiments in concept-driven art. Our exhibitions also provide opportunities for artists to create work in response to the unique space of the Crypt.

‘...these incisive young artists produce subtle and adventurous work that will startle your perception’
